One of the highlights of my year is my annual girls’ trip with one of my closest friends I met in college. Despite living in separate states and responsibilities that come with adulting and motherhood, we have made it a priority to take a trip every year (mostly) and catch up in ways texting and Instagram cannot do justice. I also look forward to this trip as a chance to take a break from the demands of daily life. Decision fatigue is real!
As a mom, I have noticed a common theme among other mothers on social media: The desire to connect with other women- to make friends - to not feel so alone. Motherhood can often be lonely even though we shouldn’t say it aloud. Humans are social animals and I think many of us would agree that even though technology has given us great tools to help us stay connected, there is still a lot of human connection missing in our lives. This is why I created Solrise Women's Travel.
Reflecting on my own experiences traveling and forming friendships with people I may never have interacted with otherwise. That is why I believe in creating travel experiences specifically designed for women. Wherever you are in life, balancing a career, motherhood or both, these trips provide the opportunity to connect with others, seek adventure and fill our cups in a way we don’t have at home. Through travel, we can not only explore new places but also form lasting relationships that we very much need for our own humanity. I invite you to join us on our travels at Solrise Women's Travel. Whether you are a seasoned traveler or someone who has never traveled outside the U.S., come explore with us and embark on a journey that is not just about the amazing places we will visit but the meaningful connections we’ll build on the way.
Happy Travels,
Tiffany
