Do I need a travel buddy to join?
Not at all! Many women join our trips on their own, and some of the strongest friendships begin during these adventures. Whether you're traveling solo or with a friend, you'll be welcomed into a supportive community from the moment you arrive.
 


Can I share a room with another traveler?
Yes. A limited number of double-occupancy rooms are available. If you'd like to be paired with another traveler, simply indicate your preference during registration. If you're traveling with a friend or family member, you may request to room together.
 


What airport should I fly into?
You will fly into and out of Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) in Liberia, Costa Rica. Additional arrival and departure details will be provided after booking.


What is the activity level for this trip?
This trip is designed for women with a moderate level of mobility. Activities include walking on uneven terrain, visiting waterfalls, and exploring natural areas. While the itinerary is not overly strenuous, participants should be comfortable being active for portions of the day.


What is included in the trip price?
Your trip includes accommodations, airport transfers on designated travel days, private transportation, a professional local guide, most meals, included activities and experiences, and gratuities for guides and drivers. Please refer to the What's Included section for complete details.


What is not included in the trip price?
Airfare, travel insurance, optional excursions, personal expenses, alcoholic beverages, tips for hotel housekeeping and bell hop services and meals not specifically listed as included are not covered.


Is travel insurance required?
Yes. Travel insurance is required for all participants. We strongly recommend purchasing a policy that includes trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation benefits.


Will there be free time?
Absolutely. While we've included incredible experiences throughout the week, there will also be opportunities to relax at the resort, enjoy the beach, explore on your own, visit local shops, or participate in optional activities.


How many women will be on this trip?
This is a small-group experience designed to foster meaningful connections and a more personalized travel experience. Space is limited to ensure an intimate and enjoyable group atmosphere.
